Minimize Meetings
When your goal is to have the highest productivity and need to meet someone here are some suggestions:
- If meeting at a restaurant, bring a book or work (just in case they are late)
- Have them meet at your office or home (you take out the travel time)
- Meet before or after lunch (that adds 1-2 hours of productive time to your schedule)
Tip #3
Make and Use Lists
Try to keep all information in 1 or 2 books which reduces clutter. The following are 4 major lists to create and maintain:
1- My Schedule (daily planner)
2- Things to do list (prioritize by month, week, and day)
3- People to call list
